These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at forge.pyract.com (the "Site"), operated by Break Space Inc. (d/b/a Pyract), a Canadian corporation with its principal place of business in British Columbia, Canada ("Pyract", "we", or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What this site is
The Site provides information about the Pyract Forge software-as-a-service product ("Forge" or the "Service"), including capabilities, pricing, and security practices, plus a way to contact us for a demo. The Site itself is not the product. Use of Forge as a customer is governed by a separately executed Master Service Agreement (MSA) between Pyract and the customer organization, together with any related Data Processing Agreement, Service Level Agreement, and order forms. Where these Terms conflict with an executed MSA for a paid customer, the MSA controls.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Site to learn about Forge, request a demo, contact us about a potential pilot, and review our security and privacy posture. You may share links to public pages on the Site freely.
3. Things you must not do
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our infrastructure, or any account or system connected to the Site.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site outside the scope of a coordinated disclosure to security@pyract.com.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Site, including by automated scraping at a rate that affects availability for others.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Reproduce, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site as if they were your own work.
Polite, automated indexing by legitimate search engines that respects robots.txt is welcome.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, layout, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by Break Space Inc. (d/b/a Pyract) and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. "Pyract" and "Pyract Forge" are trademarks of Break Space Inc. (d/b/a Pyract). We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for the purposes described in section 2. We do not grant any other rights.
SAP, SAP Field Service Management, S/4HANA, and related marks are trademarks of SAP SE in Germany and other countries. Pyract Forge is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAP SE. References to SAP products on the Site are nominative — used solely to describe interoperability.
5. Submissions and feedback
If you send us suggestions, feature requests, or feedback ("Feedback") through the Site or by email, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that Feedback to improve Forge, without obligation to compensate you or attribute the Feedback to you. We will not associate your name with public materials without your permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, our subprocessors' status pages, regulators, or compliance frameworks). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pyract disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is current or complete. Pricing and feature descriptions on the Site are illustrative and may change; binding pricing and capability commitments are made only in an executed order form or MSA.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Break Space Inc. (d/b/a Pyract), its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to CAD $100.
Liability arising from an executed Master Service Agreement is governed by that agreement and is not limited by this section.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Break Space Inc. (d/b/a Pyract) and its representatives from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Site, our customers, or third parties. The sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except that either party may seek interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes, we will reasonably attempt to notify regular correspondents in advance.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Break Space Inc. (d/b/a Pyract) regarding your use of the Site, and supersede prior understandings on that subject. They do not replace or modify any executed MSA between Pyract and a customer organization.
